At Hemat Gryffe Women’s Aid we welcome employees that are passionate about the safety and support of women, children and young people who experience domestic abuse.
Our team of women are specialised in providing culturally sensitive support primarily to women, children and young people from Asian, Black and minority ethnic communities who are experiencing domestic abuse, honour-based abuse, forced marriage and other forms of domestic abuse.
Our services include refuge accommodation, crisis, outreach and follow on services and support.
Our values comprise of an intersectional feminist approach and understanding about domestic abuse.
We maintain standards for our single sex service by following the Equality Act 2010. We value diversity and are committed to promoting equality. We encourage applicants from women from all backgrounds and communities.
