Governance
Hemat Gryffe Women's Aid is governed by a Board of trustees. The Board is led by a diverse group of strong feminist women, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from a variety of backgrounds to promote a strong strategic lead and robsut governance for the organisation.
The Board meet regularly with Directors for strategic plannign and decision-making and to uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, equality and inclusion. The governance structure insures that the voices of women, children and young people we support inform our strategy and continious improvement of services.
